在此特别提醒您在成为用户之前，请认真阅读本《达锂隐私协议》，确保您充分理解本协议中各条款。请您审慎阅读并选择接受或不接受协议。您使用行为将被视为对本协议的接受。本协议约定东莞市达锂电子有限公司（以下简称“东莞达锂”）与用户之间关于“Smart BMS”软件服务的权利义务。“用户”是指使用本软件的个人或公司。本协议可由东莞达锂随时更新，更新后的协议条款一旦公布即代替原来的协议条款，恕不再另外通知，用户可在本APP中查阅最新版协议条款。在修改协议条款后，如果用户不接受修改后的条款，请立刻停止使用“Smart BMS”提供的服务，用户继续使用服务将被视为接受修改后的协议。

一、隐私政策

在您使用本服务的过程中，我们可能会以如下方式收集您的位置信息，本声明解释了这些情况下的信息使用情况，本服务非常重视对您的个人隐私保护，在您使用本服务前，请您仔细阅读以下声明。

二、本服务需使用以下权限

1.蓝牙权限申请。应用是蓝牙通讯，需要您打开蓝牙的权限，才能与保护板硬件进行通讯连接。

2.地理位置数据。为您提供服务，我们可能会通过存储手机中且可通过您的IP地址来接收您的设备地理位置信息以及与位置有关的相关信息。

三、权限用途说明

1.”Smart BMS”使用蓝牙功能连接电池保护板，两设备通讯需要用户打开手机的定位服务和软件的位置获取权限；

2.”Smart BMS”蓝牙权限申请。应用是蓝牙通讯，需要您打开蓝牙的权限，才能与保护板硬件进行通讯连接。

四、用户个人隐私信息保护

本服务获取手机地理位置数据，是为了本服务正常使用的必要性。本服务承诺不会将用户的位置信息泄露给第三方。

   五、我们使用的第三方SDK收集您个人信息的情形
为保障相关功能的实现和应用的安全稳定运行，我们会接入由第三方提供的软件开发包（SDK）实现该目的。我们会对合作方获取信息的软件工具开发包（SDK）进行严格的安全监测，以保护数据安全。请您理解，我们向您提供的第三方SDK是不断更新和发展的，如果某一第三方SDK未在前述说明中且收集了您的信息，我们会通过页面提示、交互流程、网站公告等方式另行向您说明信息收集的内容、范围和目的，以征得您的同意。

六、其他

1.郑重提醒用户注意本协议中免除东莞达锂责任和限制用户权利的条款。请用户仔细阅读，自主考虑风险。未成年人应在法定监护人的陪同下阅读本协议。

2.本协议的任何条款无论因何种原因无效或不惧可执行性，其余条款仍有效，对双方具有约束力。

Privacy Policy

We would like to remind you to carefully read this Dali Privacy Agreement before becoming a user to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this agreement. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms in this app. After modifying the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by "Smart BMS". Continuing to use the services by the user will be considered as accepting the modified agreement.

1、 Privacy Policy

During your use of this service, we may collect your location information in the following ways. This statement explains the usage of information in these situations. This service attaches great importance to protecting your personal privacy. Before you use this service, please carefully read the following statement.

2、 This service requires the following permissions

1) Bluetooth permission application. The application is for Bluetooth communication and requires your permission to open Bluetooth in order to communicate and connect with the protection board hardware.

2) Geographical location data. To provide you with services, we may receive your device's geographic location information and location related information by storing it in your phone and using your IP address.

3、 Explanation of permission usage

1) "Smart BMS" uses Bluetooth function to connect to the battery protection board, and communication between the two devices requires the user to open the location service of the phone and obtain permission for the software's location;

2) Smart BMS Bluetooth permission application. The application is for Bluetooth communication and requires your permission to open Bluetooth in order to communicate and connect with the protection board hardware.

4、 Protection of User Personal Privacy Information

This service obtains mobile phone geographic location data for the purpose of ensuring the normal use of this service. This service promises not to disclose the user's location information to third parties.

5、 The situation where we use third-party SDKs to collect your personal information

To ensure the implementation of relevant functions and the safe and stable operation of applications, we will access software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties to achieve this goal. We will strictly monitor the security of software development kits (SDKs) used by our partners to obtain information, in order to protect data security. Please understand that the third-party SDK we provide to you is constantly updated and developed. If a third-party SDK is not included in the above description and has collected your information, we will explain the content, scope, and purpose of information collection to you through page prompts, interaction processes, website announcements, and other means to obtain your consent.

6、 Other

2) Any provision of this agreement, regardless of its invalidity or enforceability for any reason, shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
